Using something over and over again is the most sensible counter design to the ex- and hopp mentality. Reusable logistics, for example in the form of circulation boxes, offer fantastic possibilities. Wash-off solutions ensure that the previous labelling can always be removed cleanly and easily.

Information about the washing process

Products

  • Typically plastic crates such as Trays (RPC‘S=Reusable packaging containers)


Water temperature

  • From approx. 35°C (colder water requires a longer exposure time). Higher temperatures reduce exposure time.
  • The crates are washed as a whole in a rinsing line.
  • Label face materials are made of paper or thermal paper.
  • Full-surface printing of the labels (UV Flexo) significantly extends exposure time.
