Fully Automatic Splicing Process for Nonstop Labelling

Note: The additional investment in a HERMA EasyCutter is also worthwhile for an uninterrupted process with seamless changes. This is because the EasyCutter makes it possible to extract the empty carrier tape and shred it into small pieces. The scraps are automatically collected and can then be recycled. There is absolutely no need to manually remove the wound-up empty carrier tape. With a splicer and the HERMA EasyCutter, downtime caused by roll changes can always be reduced to a minimum—and in the vast majority of cases, even avoided entirely.
