Do format changes still take up too much of your time?

The compact machine for two-side labelling operates largely without format parts, allowing for quick and easy changeovers to different product formats. Two highperformance applicators with a pivot peel plate deliver performance and precision. And labelling speed is not only one of the 362C’s defining characteristics – thanks to its modular design, delivery is also especially fast. If required, it can also easily be converted to wrap-around labelling, giving users even more application options.

Thanks to the high-performance applicators of HERMA the 362C has sufficient reserve capacities while going easy on the investment budget.
With a very compact design it is well-suited even for difficult assembly situations.
Despite largely requiring no format parts it covers a very wide spectrum of product formats.
The machine can be converted to wrap-around labelling in little time.
Hot-foil or thermal transfer printers can be easily integrated in order to print variable data.
The conveyor is available with a belt or slats, length 2,160, 2,660 or 3,160 mm.

The innovative design of the 362E makes the changeover from two-sided labelling to wrap-around labelling easier than ever before.

Thanks to the horizontal stand, the roll-on belt can be moved effortlessly from the home position to the working position without having to move heavy belts.
The high flexibility of the machine makes it ideal for automatic labelling of a wide range of formats, as the roll-on belt can be moved directly to the conveyor belt with little effort. This enables more ergonomic operation and saves valuable time during set-up and labelling.

The HERMA 362E guarantees quick and easy adaptation to changing requirements.

It does not require an operator panel, can be easily expanded with optional standard modules, and is available at very short notice. The other expansion stages 362E and 362M have additional options, operating panels and various control options.
